Payments and refunds

RealDict is a one-time $8 purchase. Payments are processed by Gumroad, and refunds are processed through Gumroad as well.

Refund window

Ask within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund, no questions asked.

Eligibility

Refunds are not available after 14 days. We may decline repeated buy-and-refund cycles on the same app.

How to request

Write to hktybori2000@gmail.com with the order details from your Gumroad receipt email.

Your license after a refund

Once a refund is processed, that purchase’s license key stops working. Your vocabulary and settings stay on your Mac.

When the money arrives

When a refund reaches your payment method depends on the processing times of Gumroad and your card issuer or payment provider.

Before you buy

• RealDict comes with no dictionaries. Use your own StarDict, DSL or MDict files, or download free, openly licensed ones from inside the app.
• macOS 14 or later is required.

Your statutory rights

Any rights you have under applicable consumer law are not affected by this policy.
